One of the few houses in our neighborhood that actually had someone that answered the door.
In search of another house with a lit porch light...(poor Joey kept pulling up his pants).
We finally called it quits with our neighborhood (or House Village as Joey calls it), and headed across the street. It was pretty quite over there also. Most houses were handing out handfuls. Then we hit a street with tons of Trick or Treaters. Perry, in a movie announcer voice was saying, "In a world full of gated communities...one stood ungated". It was there that we hit pay dirt. Full-size candy bars!!! We now have a game plan for next year. I ended up having to carry the boy's candy receptacles because they got so heavy. As a result, I did not get anymore pictures.
