A (not so much new rule but newly enforced rule) in our house is no food at the computer. My kids eat like they should be required by law to carry around a dust buster at all times. Keyboard gets sticky and the monitor gets smudgy and there are crumbs everywhere. I think I have finally said it so many times that now they point it out to each other. So today when I caught Josh at the computer with his squeezable applesauce, I said to him, "Josh, no food at the computer". I was immediately informed that "applesauce is not food" and I believe there was an implied "leave me alone". {sigh}....
